Due to the impact of COVID-19, all societies unanimously voted to cancel the COSM meeting. All Society members and those who registered for 2020 COSM should have received an email from COSM regarding registration and hotel reservations.

COSM Registration Refunds and Hotel Cancellations

Registration fees were automatically refunded by COSM. Refunds to credit cards have been completed. If you paid by means other than credit card, COSM should have contacted you. You will receive a cancellation confirmation once your record has been cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact the COSM Registration Team.

Hotel reservations were automatically cancelled for all reservations in the COSM room blocks at the Hilton, Aloft and Sheraton. Email confirmations from the hotels were to be sent no later than March 19, 2020.

The Triological Society’s 123rd Annual Meeting and 2020 COSM have been cancelled due to COVID 19.
While our presenters are not able to share their important work with you in person, we have a learning opportunity available to everyone. More than 120 of our poster and podium presenters who were scheduled to make presentations at our meeting will participate in the COSM Virtual Poster Session, scheduled for viewing May 15 – June 15, 2020. CME credit will be available. More than 550 posters from 6 societies will be online. Additional information is available at www.cosm.md.
