POLICY
·
Submitting authors have agreed
at the time of abstract submission that the material has not
been submitted for publication, published or presented
previously at another national or international meeting and is
not under consideration for presentation at another national or
international meeting. The penalty for simultaneous
submission/publication is prohibition from presenting at a
Triological or COSM meeting for a period of three years. Each
abstract will be considered for one Section Meeting OR the
Annual Meeting.
·
The Society retains the first right of
refusal to publish any paper presented as a podium or poster
presentation at a Triological
Society Meeting. It is required that all abstracts/papers
accepted for oral presentation be submitted for review to the Editor of The
Laryngoscope.
Authors of poster presentations are encouraged to submit
manuscripts to The
Laryngoscope. |
Please read all instructions
carefully. Failure to
comply could delay the review or disqualify your abstract.
COMPLETION OF FORMS
If
you plan to submit more than one abstract, do not bookmark any
pages--start your subsequent abstract submissions at www.triological.org
in order to avoid overwriting your previously submitted abstract.
Printing any of the
following forms will require Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not
have it currently installed, you may obtain it from here.
Three forms must be completed. It is
highly recommended that you print a copy of the forms (available
here)
so you are prepared with all information prior to completing and
submitting the forms online.
It is recommended that you print the forms in landscape mode in
order to avoid missing text. Please note that all forms submitted are considered final.
Changes will not be accepted.
You will have the capability to clear the form(s) and go to the next form.
We suggest that you review each form prior to going to the next
step. Use of the back button on your
browser may corrupt your submission.
